AC型 逆流式冷卻機

➤ 功能特點：

1. 上蓋採不銹鋼板，大量空氣逆流往上排出、不會集結水滴及銹蝕機體現象。
2. 冷空氣由下方逆滲透而上、效率高冷卻效果佳，可降低1~2%水份並強化成品顆粒。
3. 顆粒進入時熱氣及粉末即大量被往上吸出，冷卻過程不會有結塊阻塞架橋之現象。
4. 採油壓翻板式旋轉閥門、排料順暢，不必調整閥門，粒料不結塊、不架橋，並由高位儀自動感應排料 或 手動TIME計時自動控制排料。

➤ Functional Features：

1. Upper cover is stainless, not congeal water and corrode.
2. The water rate is not lower than1~2%, so as to extend the storage time of grains.
3. Pellets won’t block the turning board，because lots of powder and hot air are sucked out when pellets are getting into the cooler。
4. The turning board is controlled by the oil driving system，so the process of discharging pellets will be smooth without blocking the turning board。Auto-mode discharge by level response，manual-mode discharge by time setting。
