KD型 悶桶乾燥機

➤ 功能特點：

1. 為後熟化調質，採蒸氣夾層間接加溫及內噴適量蒸氣，以控制產品顆粒調質熟化效果，並強化水中安定性，免用其他黏著劑可降低生產成本。
2. 兩層輸送床採變頻控制，速度可依據製粒機產能，調整變頻器之頻率速度，以控制產品之含水率達到標準範圍。
3. 乾燥床採用SUS-304衝孔網片，鎖固於輸送鍊條上堅固耐用零耗損。
4. 採用(自動溫控)配合比例式氣動控制閥，溫度控制精準正負誤差1℃以內，溫度經設定後自動調節蒸氣量，非常有效達到控制成品含水率之穩定。
5. 熱交換器置放於內部兩層乾燥床之間，溫度由下而上均衡對流散發達到均勻乾燥效果。
6. 下層輸送乾燥床(裝置二個刮料回收板)，可將滲透到底板之粉末或廢料利用刮板，刮撥到後段下方之螺旋機將廢料排出。
7. 乾燥對流空氣由乾燥機後段底層兩側入風口導入，風口可調節空氣量，並由圓弧上蓋出口排出溼熱氣，溼熱廢氣可經洗滌槽過濾除臭後再排放。

• The conditiing chamber is heating by the steam jacket.
• Set by frequency conversion, the drying time is easy to control the moisture of products.
• Adopt SUS-304 net, locked on the chain, zero consumption.
• The auto temperature control easily control the moisture in products and avoids the unnecessary wasting of steam.
• The residual and broken powder can be removed automatically by the self-clean function at the bottom of conveyor.
